This is great news. For most companies it's probably cheaper just to pay the settlement than keep going through the litigation process instead of standing by your ideals. I'm glad that Newegg is taking companies like this to the end, and especially that they're winning. Hopefully this will inspire companies to keep taking legal trolls to court. Otherwise the system will continue to be broken.
