I have a wide array of reasons as to why I think marijuana should be legalized. To me, it does not make any sense that 1) an International Narcotics Control board even exists and 2) anyone has the power to tell a nation it can't legalize marijuana.

Well Blob, we have signed a bunch of treaties obligating the united states to maintain certain standards involving drugs. I'd bet a lot of money the the U.S. led the way on those treaties. The INC board exists to coordinate the regulation and enforcement of those treaties we probably pushed down the worlds throat.
