I usually roll my eyes a bit at most of what Rick writes, but "copyright enforcement collides with human rights" always felt like the simplest, most true thing he ever wrote. It's good to see the ECHR agrees to some extent.

I find it silly that almost all internet regulation discussion today focuses on copyright infringement instead of something more interesting.
