A friend of mine has the respective first and middle name Jan Michael because his parents were big fans of both air wolf and it's leading man. Of course I texted him the news yesterday.
His dad was an air force officer.
Everyone thinks that Jan is some kind of Korean name because he is half Korean but his friends know the truth. Maybe he is lucky they didn't name him Stringfellow or Hawk.
I watched a lot of Airwolf when I was a kid. With the distance of years I'm amazed that they were able to think of enough idea's involving a helicopters to make a long running show.
