Started a little blog on my personal website, check out my post on there about running my first marathon in Charlevoix, MI this past weekend.


Congratulations on the finish! I hit a wall around mile 19 or 20 in my own first marathon last November. It's a strange feeling to feel pretty consistent for three hours and then just have nothing left in the tank.

What did you do for nutrition along the way?
