As an outsider, one of the things that has consistently left me befuddled is how the FCC has been so blatantly partisan on this issue. I wouldn't be comfortable with the CRTC trash-talking Stephen Harper in an official statement, and I would expect someone to get fired if it actually happened.

Oddly enough, nobody in the US seems to bat an eye at this use of massively unprofessional language.
