Lawfare has been a bookmark of mine for some time.
The case seems strong enough that Manafort's lawyer was forced to testify before the grand jury under the crime-fraud exception to solicitor-client privilege.
I suspect this is just the first salvo against Manafort. More interesting to me is the Papadopolous Agreed Statement of Facts. It shows that Mueller has several unnamed senior campaign people's balls in a vise. It reads very similar to what I could imagine being the text of further Indictments against Don Jr., Kushner and Manafort just for the meeting they lied about.
