Since I had some spare time today, and the boards and text block already made, I put together a Japanese stab bound notebook/sketchbook. Since I'm using stiff boards, I had to come up with some way to still be able to open the front, so I added a stitched hinge. That could have been done a lot neater, but I mostly wanted to see if it would work in theory. It did! I was pretty pleased with myself considering I hadn't even make a pocket notebook in a year, so thought I'd share with y'all.
