This is the only article I can find right now that is not fear mongering and blog spam. basically a third party to Netflix had a breech, and as a precaution, Netflix wants people to change passwords.

It said that a data breach from another company contained a email/passsword combination that looked like your email/password at Netflix, so they’re forcing your to change your Netflix password as a precaution.” That’s an important distinction, and I have edited the article accordingly.
That strikes me very considerate as a company.
