I am missing something here - not clear to me how this will ever return 10X the investment. Let's assume they raised $9M at a $18M pre, so the next raise or exit has to be at a $250M pre. Just not seeing how that works.

They must have some secret sauce monetization scheme.
Maybe it's just because there are few good places to put money atm.
