I've jumped from cliffs just about that high in Lake Superior. It's a lot harder than it looks. Once you are up top, it looks farther, and your body just doesn't want to do it.

I've never been bold enough to flip or dive, however. A bad rotation can be awful.

I hope that guy jumped.
