To be clear, I don't necessarily agree with or endorse the ideas espoused in this article.
But then again, technically, by BMI, I'm overweight. This is what happens when you are a short female with visible abs, apparently. (BMI skews most at the low - short - and high - tall - ends of the spectrum.)
What if we eat healthy food, get fit, learn moderation, do sport, enjoy cooking, get in shape and it is all for nothing?!!
