There will become a new class of citizen. They will have no country; however, they will be welcomed to stay in many of the world's countries as they will be wealthy and powerful. They will not pay into the social structure they take their wealth from <sarcasm>for they are self-made men and women, who show us the true potential of the species.</sarcasm>
