Looks pretty brutal. It seems clear he was standing still with his hands in the air as they were approaching, then he doubles over. Rather disturbing to see how they just kinda drag his body afterwards.

Tthe police were called to the location over a domestic dispute, the man's wife was reportedly hurt with a knife, some sites say she had a cut on her head, others her hand, and the sheriff claims they were attempting to take the man into custody for 20 minutes. The two officers involved have been placed on paid administrative leave.
