Step #1. Tap on Phone app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Tap on Contacts at the bottom.

Step 3. Choose a contact you want to make a FaceTime call (remember that you can only make a FaceTime call to a person who owns iPhone, iPad, iPod or Mac with facility to receive FaceTime calls).
