This has been my go to site for a while. They leave a lot of room for personal experimentation, but also show the basic steps and techniques to achieve exercises and holds. Some of the progressions are similar to other sites online, but others, like the elbow levers, are pretty much the only detailed resource for the exercise. Unfortunately, the site is focused largely on bar and ring work, so there is nothing for floor holds like planche or V-sit.
