thenewgreen: A very enjoyable read. It's a shame that expedience and money are squeezing out an entire genre of writing. Earlier mk made a comment in another post saying that, "* it would be wonderful to live in a world that moved at the speed of the printing press*", I think this article is a prime example of how the printing press itself has been made to speed up and shorten its cycles. It's a real shame. Could Gonzo Journalism have ever existed if this way of business-thinking had always been?
