It might take a few tries to adjust your eyes properly. Trust me, there's more to this video than just visual static. Just try and adjust your focus as though you are looking at an object that is behind your computer screen. This is easier to do on a large screen at a high resolution (sorry mobile users).
I bloody hate stereoscopic images - I never manage to stay focused away from the picture long enough to see anything - it's annoying as all hell. ESPECIALLY motion pictures.
