Like the title says, I'm using Safari on iOS and when I click a tag it brings me a list of posts but there isn't a place to follow/filter tags. I can request the desktop site and that works fine, but can be a bit of a nuisance especially since I'm new to the site.
If you are in a post, it gives you the option to follow tags that said post has along with the user and domain (if applicable) just underneath the main link bar (feed, chatter.. etc) and above the post title.
Edit: this is a roundabout way of doing it, I know.. But if there's a better way out there please let me know. (:
