Our first finding was that the insecticide seed coating reduced the density of wild bees, that is, bumblebees and solitary bees, in the flowering oilseed rape fields and adjacent uncultivated field borders

Our second finding was that the insecticide seed coating correlated with reduced nesting of the solitary bee O. bicornis.

Our third finding was that the insecticide seed coating was negatively related to colony growth and reproduction of the bumblebee B. terrestris.

Our fourth finding was that the insecticide seed treatment had no significant influence on honeybee colony strength.
