I've been to basically every single place on this map, which I just stumbled across while looking for something completely different. Highlights if you're ever in the area: Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg, Pedernales Falls, the Guadalupe River and Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns. Lowlights: Kerrville.
And don't forget to come during bluebonnet season.

Grew up in Boerne, so this is pretty much my life in a map. I'm actually kinda freaked out seeing this on Hubski.
This entire region sees triple digit high temperatures for many days a year, hence the emphasis given to all bodies of water.
Another lowlight - Cascade Caverns. Trust me, I worked there as a tour guide about a decade ago.
