I've been thinking about a comic book mini-series with the following stuff: There is another dimension with demons and magical beings, linked to ours. There is this girl wich (somehow) has a powerful right eye (completely red, she keeps her hair over ot to avoid it being seen) wich can see what's on this other dimension. Because of that, a strange drunken ex-cop (who's actually a creature from this "other dimension") decides to teach her about this dimension and whatsoever. She then gains a thing (not sure what it can be) that turns into a different weapon depending on who holds it (hers is a katana sword). The idea ends here. The plot is totally undeveloped but there are some loose concepts: there is a cool guy wich is in a band that sucks, but he is kinda awesome still, there is her best friend who is a bit of an airhead but nice anyways, and there is a barfight sequence with the girl the boy and the drunken guy
