The answer, my friends, is none of the above. But it could also be all of the above. That's because healthiest diet isn't a specific diet at all. It's the absence of a diet.

'Absence of a diet' is about right for me. I merely try to stem the tide of the carbohydrates flood in my world. Other than that, I pretty much gobble up anything and ride my bike 5 times a week.
