I got my daily spam, errrr, email from the active.com guys and they had some good suggestions to make hills bite a bit less. I like the one where you run up a hill in waves of reverse ability, so the slowbies (me) are running from the real runners so everyone has the chance to hit the top first. Handicapping the run, in a sense.
