John Darnielle, singer and songwriter of The Mountain Goats, a band which I adore, has released a novel called "Wolf in White Van." It's been very well-received. I know some of you here are also big fans, so I've tried to tag those of you that I'm aware of. I'm very excited by this. Given his incredibly poetic writing of song lyrics, and his frequent allusions to literature, it is no surprise that Darnielle is literary-minded.

Has anyone read it yet? I've been listening to a lot of his music lately, but school and work are keeping me far too busy to sit down and a read a novel for fun. Maybe over break this winter I'll pick it up.
