Here's kind of an interesting piece on car assembly at the Sterling Heights Assembly plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan. That plant was slated to be closed, but the workers and local management dedicated themselves to generating new ideas for how to assemble a vehicle. The Company listened, and here is the result.
