I really wanted to like it. Then I discovered it not only wouldn't work with .mac, it wouldn't work at alll with my own mailserver. Which means for those of us who maintain eight mail accounts on our computers and five on our phones, Mailbox was a bit of a letdown to say the least.

It also integrated piss-poorly with other clients - the way Mailbox handled "archiving' or whatever they called it meant if I was sitting at my computer with some spare time to deal with that thing I pushed off for a day, I couldn't even search for it.

It's probably a great program for people who don't have a lot of need for a great program (burn). For the rest of us, we're kinda stuck bludgeoning Thunderbird into behaving.
