I have liked FLW's work for a long time. On a recent trip to the motherland, I visited three of his works. It was super great to see a couple of them in real life.
This man had a holistic understanding of the patriarchal civilization and expressed it in masterpieces 3 different ways at 3 different times. While Sullivan apparently could not psychologically escape the Great Mother, Frank was apparently more robust and laid down Sullivan's organic ordering system in 3D. The academic effete still don't know what to do about him.
(The Japanese temple shot is great!)
