There was an intramural dodge ball tournament at my university and some friends and I entered. We of course went to the bar before it started so we had a blast even though we were all embarrassingly sore the day afterwards. Dodge ball got me moving in a way I hadn't in years. I also nearly needed Tommy John surgery after hurtling hundreds of those weightless foam balls as hard as I could.
