I saw an article on the amazing car that's going to run for 100 years on 8 grams of thorium, and it set off my BS sensors. The upshot is I found this lovely video by a guy who knows nuclear energy. He explains in a no-nonsense and amusing manner a lot of things about nuclear powered devices. I'm glad I watched this!
