Hey guys, I am a new user on the hubski.com, I training my English in this site but i know on the here its good ideas and sugestions, anyway, I wanted know which the image passing over Brazil in their countries? Here not so good, we don't have hospitals, security, health, Public transports, all things. Could have spent all these billions of dollars that have been spent on stadiums in all of these structures I mentioned, for example: hospital quality. This is my question: which the image passing over Brazil in their countries? Sorry for my English, I am a Rookie this language.
This is whats so conflicting for me as a football fan, but human first. How can you justify all this spectacle when your people are suffering so obviously? There's never money to help people, but always money for stadiums.
