Interestingly enough, Jeff Bezos is a big advocate for patent reform. He is also, however, an unabashed opportunist.

When it was pointed out that Amazon's patent for "1-click" was hardly novel, Bezos basically agreed and said that he'd love to have broad patents such as 1-click struck down... but that until it was, they'd defend it to the death.
