Truly horrible. I wonder if the "medical officers" are actual physicians or mid-levels trained to provide basic medical care. I can't understand how any physician would agree to G-tube insertion and removal twice a day. It's entirely unnecessary and presents a huge risk to the "patients" themselves.

...then again, I guess questioning their concern for these prisoners is a bit ridiculous. The government clearly doesn't give a shit about what happens to these people. And, unfortunately, it would seem that most Americans don't either.
