I've made several calls for work today only to get the message "Due to inclement weather we are closed today." -This from large companies. Thing is, it's like 30-35 degrees outside and there's no snow to be seen. The difference is that in the North, people close schools and work when it's too hard to drive etc. In the South they do it just in case it might get too hard to drive.
