As a non-native English speaker I'd like to know how hard books are to read from the perspective of native speakers. It's also a way to measure my progress for myself. AR scores seem to be pretty random to me (like Game of Thrones is scored pretty low for example). I like the Lexile score in that regard much better, and (from my experience) the score reflects the difficulty from the books I've read. But sadly the website has only scores for a small selection of books (I didn't find any of the "newer" ones I'm reading). So is there a community or something official that is dedicated to rate how hard it is to read a book or something similar? Any help is appreciated!
