At its root it appears as though we are starting to see how poorly adapted our current education infrastructure is to the current job market. Employers don't want people who can excel on a multiple choice test. We have google for facts. Employers want critical thinkers and problem solvers. This mismatch will continue until we move away from an industrial education system that treats learning like an assembly line.
