Read about this in NG. First I thought - gross, but then I realize a cheese made in a place with people probably has some hand bacteria or bacteria breathed on to it. It's interesting they found that some of the bacteria that make cheese stinky are related to bacteria on our body. I guess my concern would be making a cheese from someone's bacteria who has a disease.
