I can't help but wonder how these guys keep up their reputation despite not fulfilling any of the jobs. I guess desperate people who have to seek out a hitman wouldn't really know any better in the first place.

Also wonder if there are some cases where the fake hitman feels like he's doing more harm arresting the client than anything against the target. It doesn't explain in the article if her accusations were at least looked into, if they were true there might have been more victims in this story.
