Then maybe a better question would be, "What if Blacks protected themselves with said guns?"

Can you tell us why? Also: thank you very much for the information -- I figured that may be the case, but wasn't sure. After all, I haven't heard of any such black people being gun downed.

I'm confused about what's wrong with being a social justice warrior. Unless you're talking about their illegitimacy with has really nothing to do with being a SJW in and of itself...

Which is why the other obvious part of that solution is to do whatever the hell we need to do in spite of their ignorance and the systems we all built around it. We have all -- one way or another -- been coerced or brainwashed into a system that anyone will admit is completely fucked up. No reason to be in feelings about something so straight forward.

There is a way to fix it. For them to admit they have a problem, en masse, and then take responsibility for it, en masse.

Or we could stop poisoning one another with bullshit. Like this. People can't even confront every day shot we have been dealing with for thousands of years and people talking about becoming cyborgs and genetically modifying ourselves.

Shouldn't we deal with our dysfunctional humanity as it is now?

Why are you so angry? You can Google paranormal hoax as well as you can Google paranormal real. No one is saying some of it isn't garbage.. but to say it all is is disingenuous. At the last: I am certainly not the only or best person to ask such things and I did not claim to be. If you want more answers go find them yourself. I have my experiences and you yours. What matters to me is how we respond. As far as I am concerned humanity can barely handle reality as it is without people trying to inject anger and bigotry where they needn't be. As you apparently are.

Tl ;dr? Good now you have time to research what I am talking about instead of wasting both of our time. Came here to answer OPs questions, not your unimaginative rebuttals.

Some of us live in a more encompassing reality than others. And I don't mean the difference between the rich and poor.

... I'm sorry, I just can't with this. I clicked on a tag "social responsibility" and didn't expect an essentially Christian sermon. While I am normally open minded and receptive to all forms of education and reasoning I am literally sick with/and of anything that has to do with whiteness, Christianity, or American "#1ism".

In short: there are a lot of ways to combat the topic of social responsibility besides putting it in the "traditional" (gag) white supremacist, patriarchal, imperialist Christian context.

Also: the link definitely doesn't work.

thesummerking  ·  3189 days ago  ·  link  ·    ·  parent  ·  post: How can we save the planet?

Why do people say that? Of course there is a solution. And that is to use all the solutions. We have to diminish our foot print, use renewable clean energy, reverse the damage, we have to be more than we have been as a species and invest ourselves in our survival instead of in profit or oneupmanship.

I understood that you weren't insulting me and thanks for welcoming me here. So far this place is far nicer than reddit.
