Thank you so much for your message! :) I have a vegan gluten-free banana pancake recipe, you can see it here: http://www.myhealthydessert.com/vegan/vegan-banana-pancakes/ I should warn you that it has a strong oat flavour. In case you don't like oats, you can use any kind of flour you like. I'm not vegan myself, but I also try to eat more plant-based dishes. Best regards :)
