It depends on what constitutes "sexual assault". Some women even consider being hit on by guys they find unattractive as sexual assault, which might explain the high percentage.
It was an example on why minimum wage might make employers not want to employ people. I personally can't even afford a maid.
Minimum wage is extremely bad for the unskilled and unemployed. It makes it even harder to find a job at all. For example, I might have gotten a maid but since the state forces me to pay her an amount of money which is not "deserved", I'll just clean my house by myself.
