Not sure of the odds, but I think it's possible that the leak could be traced back to a conservative justice, or at least their staff, who leaked to allow for the GOP to preemptively redirect accusations of de-legitimacy. Let them investigate. Either way, it is the aspiring dictator who benefits from a de-legitimized judicial branch.
