Well you simply do not understand how the virus spreads: long-term indoor exposure to an infected individual. Hang out for an hour indoors with an infected person, and even if you wear a mask, you are likely to get it.

It's just simple mathematical probability: Someone is spewing COVID. The longer you are in close proximity to them, the better your chance to catch it.

Chuch? Long term, close quarters, singing, handling the same things and passing them between people, close face-to-face contact/discussions with other parishioners. It's the PERFECT location for COVID to spread.

The Sturgis motorcycle rally? You realize this is an ENTIRE TOWN that turns everything - even houses - into bars, where people go in, get absolutely slaughtered drunk, and do stupid shit, right? Fuck... I'm a life-long motorcyclist and I wouldn't get near Sturgis ANY time of year, much less during the annual rally.

WalMart? Which individual are you in consistent close proximity with at WalMart? People pass each other quickly. They are moving. The air is moving and it is heavily ventilated. It ain't ideal, but it misses several of the key elements needed for easy transmission. Lessen your time shopping, wear a mask, and don't spend a long time in close proximity to strangers. (Generally a good plan at ANY WalMart, honestly.)

BLM/Biden/Protests? None of the protests have been superspreader events like Trump rallies have been or Sturgis was. Look at the masks. Look at the space between protestors. Look at the health tactics for the supporters providing food, water, and medical to the protestors. All best practices in place. Not ideal, but ... there's a time to protest, and there's a way to do it as safely as possible.

Fuck man... I know you are new to Hubski, but you can't come here with some poorly thought out Reddit bullshit and expect us to just swallow your turds whole. Science and well-reasoned debates are what Hubski is about. Step up your game, and leave the weak-ass shit like this for Reddit or Parler.
