So the real question is if we elect Biden how many justices will we see on the Supreme Court? 11? 13? If the dems don’t take another run at FDRs gamble they simply don’t want to rule. 2020 is truly the year the word burns though because this is gonna be a dumpster fire that truly shakes up the the balance of power in the branches.
