I thought it is nice how they used twitch streams for the main things so it isn't dependent on crappy zoom connection. https://mixlr.com/ Another option is also using mixlr in parallel with zoom. I think what I would add to their zoom solution (which is only one "room" for all dance floors where everyone is muted) is to have breakout rooms for speaking with each other in smaller groups
