The problem the Republican Party faces is that when faced with a crisis of character, they went with Trump. to a man. Rubio was one of the young Republicans that maybe had a chance to put forth reasonable economic arguments. He's never going to be able to say a word now without Democratic opponents running everything he said supporting Trump and everything Trump said undercutting him. The Republican Party has two, maybe three generations of quislings and Renfields attempting to find their way in a post-Dracula future and it's gonna be ugly.
