Epstein already did, but I don't think this is enough to undo the plea deal he signed. The state's fuck-up can't generally be grounds for punishing someone more. Acosta absolutely will not. What happens beyond this is unclear. The decision indicates that the notification requirements were not met, but leaves the door open for what the ultimate remedy will be.
