It's strange, but I remember in the first 24 hours after the attack and in the subsequent days that the administration said "There is a strong possiblity that this attack was planned in advance." I remeber thinking "no fucking shit" when I read it that night on BBC. So from the first day the administration was saying that this attack could not be soley attributed to the film.
