The thought of eating more than one bowl of sugar cereal makes me nauseous. The consistency of the "grains," the spun sugar, get caught in your teeth, cloying fakeness of the flavors is one of the less appealing things that are consistently in my cupboard (my kid is allowed sugar cereal once a week).
I can destroy about three big bowls of Cheerios, especially if thinly sliced fruit or blueberries are in them.
I drink a ton of coffee. It's probably the food I consume the most of. Tiny splash of cream.
