Or as the main entry for the C Series cited says:

And your link states that:

> Boeing also reportedly gave United a massive 73% discount on the 737 deal, dropping the price to $22 million per aircraft, well below the CS300 market value at $36 million.

I am not an aeronautical engineer or a trade economist. So I really don't know but the use of the term "dumping" seems overblown given those statements. I guess we will see.
